What to do if my payment is expired?

Because of the floating exchange rates of BTC and crypto prices, we give you a price in Bitcoin or other crypto which is valid for 15 minutes to make your payment. If these 15 minutes passed before you start your payment, please don’t send any Bitcoin or crypto. You can always start your payment over again.

How long does it take for CryptoRefills to process a refund?

We will process the refund once when we receive an amount lower than the actual price or the product is not delivered to you. If you believe these might be the case, please send an email to info@CryptoRefills.com and we will proceed with the refund for the amount you’ve sent to us within 1 workday. If these are not the cases, you might then have sent the Bitcoin and crypto amount to the wrong receiving address or entered a wrong email or phone number. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund transactions in these cases.

How long does it take to receive my gift card to be emailed to me?

As soon as your transaction reaches sufficient confirmations on the network, the code/pin of the product will be sent to the email address. What is your refund policy?

We refund if we receive an amount lower than the actual price of the product or the product is not delivered to you although you sent the correct amount. Unfortunately, we can’t refund if you sent the Bitcoin and crypto amount to the wrong receiving address or entered a wrong email or phone number for the top up products.

I have made the payment but I haven’t received the product / the product didn’t arrrive. What can I do?

Although very rare, there could be delays up to an hour in receiving your product. If you haven’t received the product after an hour, we apology if this is the case and for any inconvinience this might have caused. Please contact us at info@CryptoRefills.com. Please also check your spam folder in your email.

Can I claim a refund?

Please send an email to info@CryptoRefills.com and we will proceed with the refund for the amount you’ve sent to us to your wallet address. However, if you have sent the Bitcoin and crypto amount to an address other than the one displayed on the payment page or if you have entered the wrong email or mobile phone number, unfortunately we cannot reverse or refund your transaction.

What information does CryptoRefills need from me to do a Bitcoin payment?

Your privacy is our first priority in CryptoRefills. The only information need is an email address that we send your order details, product code/pin and the instructions to use it or a mobile number if you are buying top ups.

I sent Bitcoin or crypto to the wrong address. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund transactions if you have sent your Bitcoin and crypto to an address other than the one displayed on the payment page.

I bought a gift card for the wrong country. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund if the gift card delivered to the email address successfully. Please consider before you purchase a gift card that some gift cards are specific to a country or a region and they may not work in countries outside of the country or region where it can be redeemed.

Is my Bitcoin safe with CryptoRefills?

CryptoRefills is not a wallet. We just let you convert your Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies into mobile phone credit, data bundles, gift cards, e-gifts, and vouchers for hundreds of brands in over 150 different countries instantly. We can never access your Bitcoin or crypto beyond the amounts that you send us to buy products at CryptoRefills.

Can I pay from an exchange or custodial wallet?

Yes, however, there might be extra fees that you need pay and many exchanges take hours on withdrawal requests. We don’t recommend sending funds directly from an exchange or custodial wallet.

I haven’t received my product. Why?

There are few cases why you haven’t received your product:
– When we receive a Bitcoin or crypto amount lower than the product price displayed on the payment screen. If you believe this is the case, please send an email to info@CryptoRefills.com and we will proceed with the refund for the amount you’ve sent to us.
– When you have sent a Bitcoin or crypto amount to an address different than the one displayed on the payment screen. If you believe this is the case, unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund your transaction.
– When you have entered a wrong email or wrong mobile phone number. If you believe this is the case, unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund your transaction.
– Even though you think you’ve sent the correct amount, we still might not receive the full amount because of the fees that your exchange or wallet applies to you when you make a transfer to us. Make sure that you take this into account while sending your crypto to us.
– None of the above. You might have reached the maximum number or value of transactions allowed in a certain time period by us or by your wallet provider.

I paid but I didn’t receive anything. Why?

There could be delay in the delivery of the gift cards as we need to wait for the sufficient confirmations on the network. However this shouldn’t last more than an hour. There are few cases why you haven’t received your product:

– When you have entered a wrong email or wrong mobile phone number. If you believe this is the case, unfortunately, we cannot reverse or refund your transaction.

What exchange rate do you use for Bitcoin?

CryptoRefills has relationships with many Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchanges which meet our regulatory, operational, and market requirements. To calculate the exchange rates, we pull the market depth from several exchanges with adequate and reliable liquidity and withdrawal capabilities to calculate an average.

Which wallets are compatible with CryptoRefills?

We work with all Bitcoin wallets and other wallets of cryptocurrencies we support. Once we add new cryptocurrencies as a payment method in our system, the wallets of these cryptocurrencies will automatically become available.

What forms of payment do you accept in CryptoRefills?

CryptoRefills currently accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dash. We work hard to add other cryptocurrencies in our system as well. Once we add new cryptocurrencies as a form of payment you will see them in your order page. We will be also sharing the availability of new cryptocurrencies on our social media channels.

I sent the wrong Bitcoin amount. What can I do?

When we receive a Bitcoin or crypto amount lower than the product price displayed on the payment screen, we will proceed with a refund for the amount you’ve sent to us, please send an email to info@CryptoRefills.com with your order details you’ve received from us.

My transaction is not confirming on the network. What can I do?

If the fee estimations are not accurate (especially from non-reputable wallets) and when there is a high load on the network, transactions can take long time to be confirmed so that receiving your product. Based on the cryptocurrency which you make the payment with, this might take from a few seconds to up to few days. If you haven’t provided high enough transaction fees for 3rd party validators to process your transaction, it may never be validated and your transaction will end up not being confirmed. Your Bitcoin and crypto will always be safe during this time and they will appear in your wallet again.

Understanding Network Fees (aka Transaction Fees or Network Confirmation Fees)

Network fees or transaction fees or network confirmation fees are additional amounts you pay to get your transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. The network fee is required for every payment you do without exceptions. This fee depends on the congestion of the network (network load) and the size of your transaction.
Since transactions with higher estimated fees are prioritized, you need to use a resonable fee for the payment to be processed in a reasonable timeframe and complete your payment.
If you would like your transaction to have a timely confirmation on the network and complete your payment on time, please include a sufficient network fee from your wallet. If the fee estimations are not accurate and when there is a high load on the network, transactions can take long time to be confirmed so that receiving your product.

In some cases, you might think that you’ve sent the correct amount but we still might not receive the full amount because of the fees that your exchange or wallet applies to you when you make a transfer to us. So make sure that you take this into account while sending your crypto to us.

If you make a payment from your wallet:
Most wallets take fees into account for outgoing transactions which will help make sure your payment arrives on time. You can check your wallet settings to make sure your wallet include a dynamically-calculated fee to enable this.

If you make a payment from an exchange:
If you are sending from an exchange or custodial wallet, you might also be charged a withdrawal fee and they might deduct it from the amount you are sending to us so you will be short on the amount you must send to complete your payment. So please consider this and take into account for the exchange’s withdrawal fee before sending your crypto. Please also consider that some exchanges might not include network fees when they transfer funds. Instead, they will deduct the network fee from your transaction which can cause your payment will arrive us short.

So please make sure that you take these into account while sending your crypto to us.

Why is there a 15-minute countdown timer on the order?

Because of the floating exchange rates of BTC and crypto prices, we give you a price in Bitcoin or crypto for 15 minutes. If 15 minutes passed you can always start your payment over again and if BTC or crypto price is the same, you will always pay the same price to buy with the same BTC or crypto amount.

Does CryptoRefills have a bounty program?

Do gift cards work internationally?

Some gift cards will work globally but many gift cards can only be used for the countries or regions that they are purchased for. Please make sure you purchase a gift card for the country or the region you are interested in such as USA, EU before making a payment.

What Lightning Network wallets are compatible with CryptoRefills?

First of all, to make use of the Bitcoin Lightning payment option on CryptoRefills you should have access to a wallet that supports Lightning. Popular apps are Eclair, BlueWallet and WalletofSatoshi. Some of the wallets are already connected to a node by default and some of them don’t offer the option to select a specific node. The CryptoRefills node has open routes with the most popular nodes, so whichever wallet you choose should not be a problem.

Which Lightning Node Should I Open a Channel With?

The Lightning node that your wallet is connected to, must have an open route(connection) with the CryptoRefills node to be able to make a transaction. A simple way to find out if your node is connected is by making a purchase. If you get an error, it’s likely that your wallet is not able to find a route. In this case, you can connect directly with the CryptoRefills Lightning node to open a channel.

I did not receive my order / order not delivered / product didn’t arrive

Fix problems with Google Play gift cards and promo codes

The litecoin LTC wallet address isn’t working

On CryptoRefills we use the native-segwit format (also known as bech32). A Litecoin address that starts with LTC
It’s a relatively new address encoding scheme for segwit addresses, and some exchanges, explorers, and wallets don’t currently support it. We recommend using a wallet as Coinomi.

I received an email that says “Complete the amount” / “Send the missing amount”

Even though you think you’ve sent the correct amount, we still might not receive the full amount because of the fees that your exchange or wallet applies to you when you make a transfer to us.
In this case, you will receive an email from us asking you to send the missing amount to complete the payment.
To help you understand better;
– If you send the amount from an exchange or custodial wallet, you are charged a withdrawal fee which is deducted from the amount you send to us so you will be short on the amount for us to complete your payment.
– It is be also possible that some exchanges do not include network fees when they transfer funds. If this is the case, they deduct the network fee from the amount you transfer to us which make the amount to arrive us short.
So please make sure that you take this into account while sending your crypto to us.

My Amazon US account blocked / suspended and orders cancelled

Amazon US strictly enforces their terms and conditions. According to Amazon’s terms and conditions, Amazon USD cards are redeemable in USA only. Amazon’s anti-fraud process locks cards and accounts if they suspect their terms are broken, the most common reason is being outside of the USA and/or using a VPN, but there are others like: reselling/dropshipping, adding a gift card on a brand new account with no other payment methods added, adding excessive amount of high denomination gift cards in a short time period, and others.

The breach of Amazon US’s terms and conditions may result in a permanent suspension of the Amazon US account and cancelation of the pending orders, as well as the loss of all funds previously deposited in the Amazon US account.

Why does it cost more cryptocurrency than the face value of the product?

We believe blockchain based digital currencies have the potential to solve some of the world’s most important problems such as financial inclusion, protection, privacy and freedom. With Cryptorefills we are on a mission to bring blockchain based payments into everyday life and accelerate mass adoption of cryptocurrency.

This is not an easy mission.

As any blockchain business, we are facing enormous technological, business and regulatory challenges while making sure that we meet our regulatory, operational, and market requirements to bring our services to you.

In order for us to do all these, we need an adequate liquidity capabilities and not to lose money. As a result, it may cost you a bit more than the face value of the product you are buying.

Needless to say, volatility of cryptocurrency you choose to pay with, and the product suppliers we work with to get the gift cards and top ups are also affecting the pricing of the products while you are paying for them with crypto. We try to bring you products and brands in over 235 countries and territories.

We work hard to make sure that that you, as a consumer, are getting always a fair rate.

The product I want to buy is out of stock / I receive “Product out of stock” notification

If you are receiving “Product Out of Stock” notification, please be advised that the product you choose is out of stock temporarily.
Expected time of supply of the product might change from 6 hours to 24 hours. So we recommend that you check the availability of the product after 6 hours to see if the product is restocked.

Helpful hint: while the product you have choosen is not available, you can check other pricing packages for the same gift card or top up brand which might be in stock and available for purchase instead. For example, if you would like to buy 200 EUR Steam Gift Card and it is out of stock, you can try 100 EUR Steam Gift Card which might be available and add it 2 times to your shopping cart.

Network / Transaction fees are too high. My transaction is stuck /pending on mempool. Why? What can I do?

Network fees or transaction fees or network confirmation fees are additional amounts you pay to get your transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. Each transaction requires this fee. The fee is usually low, however as Bitcoin transaction volumes increase and so does mempool, sometimes fees get higher and your transaction gets caught on the mempool and it might take long time to complete your transaction.

In such times, you can avoid increased Bitcoin network fees and long waiting times by using alternative payment options you have at CryptoRefills:

– The Lightning Network (LN). CryptoRefills supports the Lightning Network payments and there are a lot of wallets supporting the LN
– Litecoin. Average transaction fees of Litecoin is cheaper to send and use than Bitcoin
– Dash. The fees to transact using Dash are much lower than those using Bitcoin

I am not able to login. What can I do?

If you are not able to login, please do a hard refresh of your browser.
Here is how to do it if you are on a desktop browser:

Why do I need a hard refresh?
We are rolling out important updates and changes to improve your experience at CryptoRefills. This requires you to switch to the latest version of our service which can done by doing a hard refresh on your browser or re-install the app.

My transaction is in “Waiting for payment to start” status. What does it mean?

You have 15 minutes to start the payment in the blockchain. In other words, you have 15 minutes to transfer your crypto to the wallet address displayed on the check-out page.

My transaction is in “Waiting for payment confirmation” status. What does it mean?

We’ve detected your transaction on the blockchain and we are waiting for your transaction to reach sufficient confirmations on the network. As soon as your transaction reaches sufficient confirmations on the network, the code/pin of the product will be sent to the email address. You don’t have to take any action.

My transaction is in “Waiting for manual action” status. What does it mean?

Your transaction is being processed by customer service team. Just wait and monitor the status of your transaction. You don’t have to take any action.

My transaction is in “Waiting for delivery” status. What does it mean?

We’ve received your payment and your product is being prepared to sent to the email address you entered on the check-out or the top up will be credited to the phone number. Sometimes it takes a while to process your order from our suppliers when there is high demand on the product, so please be patient. You don’t have to take any action at this stage.

My transaction is in “Succeeded” status. What does it mean?

Your product has been delivered successfully to the email address you entered on the check-out or credited to the phone number if you have purchased a top up.

My transaction is in “Refunded” status. What does it mean?

Your purchase has been refunded successfully.

My transaction is in “Expired” status. What does it mean?

You haven’t started the payment in the blockchain. In other words, you haven’t transferred your crypto to the wallet address displayed on the check-out page within 15 minutes. You can start your payment over again. Do NOT send any Bitcoin or crypto when you see “Expired” status on your transaction.

My Steam Wallet Code / Steam Gift Card Code is not working

There could be several reason why the Steam wallet or gift card code is not working. Please check below the most common reasons listed and make sure your issue is not one of them.

1. The code may be invalid
Please carefully verify the characters as you re-enter the code and double check to see if you’ve mistyped your key. I, L, and 1 can look alike, as can V and Y, and 0 and O.

2. Enter the correct code
The pin code is the code that you need to enter into the redeem field on your steam account. We also send a pin serial for security reasons. Please be sure that you are entering a pin code and not a pin serial.

3. Use the correct currency
Eeach Steam user account is associated with a specific currency and you can see this in the top right corner of your Steam account. If you try to redeem a code you’ve purchased in a different currency than in your Steam account, you will receive an error. Please make sure the code you’ve purchased is in the same currency of your account.

4. The code may not yet have been activated
It may take several hours after time of purchase before activation is completed by your retailer, please wait and try redeeming the code again in a little while.

What are the limits on how much I can spend at CryptoRefills?

We limit the amounts that a CryptoRefills user can spend within specific time frames based on the tiers below:
Unregistered Users
Daily Limit: 1.000 Euro
Monthly Limit: 2.000 Euro
Registered Users
Daily Limit: 2.000 Euro
Monthly Limit: 5.000 Euro (Maximum amount per single Purchase 1.000 Euro)

Which network should I choose from “Available networks”?

Depending on the cryptocurrency you want to pay with, there might be different networks that can run your transaction for that cryptocurrency.

Please note that, if you would like to pay with USDT, DAI or USDC, you can only pay using the Polygon network or Avalanche at the moment. Paying using the Ethereum mainnet will not work. For questions please contact us

What does “Available networks” mean?

At CryptoRefills, you can pay with different cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and more. Depending on the cryptocurrency you want to pay with, there will be available networks that can run your transaction for that cryptocurrency.
For example, if you would like to pay with Bitcoin (BTC), you can choose to complete your transaction either on the BTC Mainnet or BTC Lightning Network. Similarly, if you would like to pay with Ethereum (ETH), you can choose to complete your transaction either on the ETH Mainnet, Avalanche network or Polygon network.

Please make sure to choose the network of your choice before you proceed with the transaction. For example, if you would like to pay with Lightning, make sure that BTC Lightning Network has been selected before you proceed to the next step.

What is the Polygon Network

You can now use Polygon layer 2 network at CryptoRefills when you pay in USDT, USDC or DAI. Payment transactions on Polygon are confirmed in sub-seconds due to faster block generation times. This provides a payment experience with immediate delivery and close to zero transaction fees who shop with crypto assets like Ethereum (ETH) and other ERC20 tokens.

Why did I pay more than the price I see?

Fees are required for every payment you do without exceptions. Your exchange or wallet applies this fee as a network fee and/or withdrawal fee. The network fee is usually low, but as crypto transaction volumes increase fees might get higher. If you are transfering your crypto from an exchange your exchange might apply a withdrawal fee as well. If you’ve paid more than the price you’ve seen you have had an issue with these fees. Please make sure you check your wallet settings for network fees or your exchange’s withdrawal fees they apply when you are transfering your crypto to us. What is the Avalanche Network

You can now use Avalanche layer 2 network at CryptoRefills when you pay in USDT or DAI. Payment transactions on Avalanche are confirmed in sub-seconds due to faster block generation times. This provides a payment experience with immediate delivery and close to zero transaction fees who shop with crypto assets like Ethereum (ETH) and other ERC20 tokens.

Pay via option

On CryptoRefills we support 2 payment options. Via your default wallet and via Binance Pay.

If you would like to make a payment from your Binance account we recommend using the Binance Pay option. (If you don’t have a Binance account yet Create Binance wallet now.) This will allow you to pay with every coin in your Binance account, instant delivery and 0 fees.

For payments made from any other exchange or wallet select the default wallet option.

Can I mine Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency on my PC?

Bitcoin cannot be mined with average CPUs anymore. Mining other cryptocurrency on your PC is possible for some cryptocurrencies but it can be a slow and costly proces (i.e. cost of electricity) and even may cost you more than the value of the cryptocurrencies you can mine if you don’t have a powerful PC. Instead, you can participate in an open hash power marketplace and sell the hash power of your PC and earn some Bitcoin in return. If you have a strong PC with a mid-level GPU or above, you can mine other cryptocurrencies and earn Bitcoin by joining a hashing power marketplace like NiceHash with your idle PC.

How can I use my idle computer and get paid in Bitcoin?

You can participate in an open hash power marketplace and sell the hash power of your PC and earn some Bitcoin in return. If you have a strong PC with a mid-level GPU or above, you can mine other cryptocurrencies and earn Bitcoin by joining a hashing power marketplace like NiceHash with your idle PC.
