AmpolCash can be redeemed In-Store at Participating Service Stations.
Finding a Participating Station:
Visit the Ampol Site Locator: https://www.ampol.com.au/service-stations/find-a-service-station
IMPORTANT: First, enter your location.
Then, set the filter to "AmpolCash Digital Accepted" to find a participating site.
How to Redeem In-Store
The AmpolCash eGift card does not require a PIN code. After the staff member has scanned the QR Code, simply press Enter.
For Android Users
Open your AmpolCash eGift card.
Select "Redeem Gift Card". This will take you to a pass center and display the QR Code to scan.
Having Trouble Seeing Your QR Code?
If you see a screen that says "Pass not Loaded":
Either click on "Show Preview" (which will display the QR code), OR
Click the download button icon to display it.
If the card is not downloaded, download the WalletPasses App to store your AmpolCash eGift card. Once the app is downloaded, the QR code will be displayed automatically.
If your QR code is not scanning (once the card is in your wallet):
Click on the three dots on the top right corner of your screen.
Click "Pass Details". Your 10-digit AmpolCash number and expiry date are featured here.
For iOS/Apple Customers
Open your AmpolCash eGift card.
Select "Redeem Gift Card". This will take you to a pass center and display the QR Code to scan.
Tip: You can also add this to your Apple Wallet by clicking "Add".
Having Trouble Scanning Your QR Code?
If your QR code is not scanning (once the card is in your Apple Wallet):
Click on the three dots on the top right corner of your screen.
Your 10-digit AmpolCash number and expiry date will be presented below.
Important Details
Balance Update: Your remaining balance will show on your AmpolCash digital pass within 24 hours.
Restrictions: AmpolCash digital cannot be used at outdoor payment or Pay@pump locations.
