CryptoRefills is a unique company, defined by its values and driven by its vision to bring blockchain currencies into everyday life. We are not a tech company, we are a people’s company first, because every single person must contribute to reaching our vision. As a people’s company, sharing the same values and vision, really and truly, is the foundation of our employer – employee relationship.
Through the years we have learned that everybody’s path in life is different. Especially today, in a fast-changing world, we believe form and titles do not necessarily define a person’s performance and capacity to contribute to the company’s business. We are well aware that not everybody has had the same opportunities at start, not everybody grows and evolves at the same speed, a bad decision, a failure doesn’t define who you are and the work you can do.
We are looking for people that have passion, talent, real skills and emotional intelligence. Above all we strive to select fast learners, people that can adapt quickly to change and that have passion for what they do.
Our number one criteria for selecting a candidate is not what the person can do for us today, but where we see this person in the future.
Our interview process is strict and can be quite stressful. Why? Because we want to be sure you will find your fit in the company. We will spend time teaching you all we know and want to minimize the risk we need to do this all over. But think about it also this way: you will be spending a big portion of your “awake” time working with CryptoRefills. So being a right fit is important for us, but also for you!
Interviews generally are based on two parts. In the first part we generally quickly assess your background and soft skills. During the second part, the most important, we will provide you a technical or business case to work on, so we can see how you reason and how you use your skills. For the more senior positions we may ask you to have a quick chat with other senior management of the firm.
When we say the “CryptoRefills Way”, we really mean it. We want everyone in our team to adhere to these values, to operate according to them and for these to be the founding perimeter of any business decision.
Personal Accountability means that we want you to feel responsible for the work you do. We are not here to measure how much time you work or to enforce unnecessary supervision. We are currently adopting a work from home format. However, we do expect our team to be close to our current office locations (Milano, Rome, Izmir) in order to participate in periodic team activities.
Inclusiveness, Diversity, Respect and Community mean that we are and operate as a family, regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age.
We are start-up, and our financial resources are limited. Therefore, we only list job opportunities we believe are strictly necessary to reach our next goals.
However, a positive aspect of being a startup, is that if we find outstanding talent, we can reshape our organization easily to make the right fit. Another positive aspect is that as we grow our business, we will need to scale our team. This means that if we are not looking for your set of talents, skills or experience today, that doesn’t mean we won’t be looking for these tomorrow.
We will be more than happy to receive open enquiries at any seniority level, from internship and entry level
