How do I redeem my gift voucher? If you do not have a Neon account, you will need to sign up for an account at https://www.neontv.co.nz/. During sign up, make sure to choose the plan associated with your gift voucher and add your gift voucher code during Step 2. Note: To sign up for Neon, you will need to enter a credit card however you won’t be charged until your gift voucher expires. If you have already signed up to Neon, to redeem your gift voucher you will need to: Go to co.nz/my-account/subscription(make sure you're logged in with your email address and password). This cannot be done through the Neon mobile app. Select 'Add Voucher' and enter the gift voucher code. The Plan and Payment page should now reload and display the date when your plan will next renew and the next charge, including any discounts from vouchers used. All done! You can now get stuck in to the awesome content that Neon has to offer. What happens at the end of the voucher period? Once the voucher period ends, you will be charged for your plan at the full monthly Standard Plan price until you cancel your plan. What happens if I cancel before the voucher period ends? If you cancel your plan during the voucher period, your plan will end once the voucher period has expired. You will continue to have access to Neon content and will be charged at the voucher rate until the end of the voucher period. How do I cancel my plan?
