Refund policy, what's covered and what isn't

Our refund policy is built around the real situations customers run into. Here is what is covered and what isn't.

When you'll get a refund

  • You sent less than the amount due. We process a refund for the amount we received, or help you complete the order.
  • A product couldn't be delivered. We offer a refund or an alternative, based on what you prefer.
  • A delivered product is faulty. We investigate, and if a problem is confirmed, we issue a refund.

When a refund isn't possible

  • Payment sent to the wrong address. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, so funds sent to an address other than the one on your payment page can't be recovered.
  • Payment sent on the wrong network. We try to help where we can, but recovery is often not technically possible.
  • Region-specific gift cards. Once a region-locked card is delivered, it can't be refunded or replaced.

How refunds are returned

Depending on the situation, a refund is sent either to your crypto address or as a coupon code for a future purchase.

To request a refund, contact us through the help page and we'll review your case.
