How to submit your refund wallet address

Your refund starts when you give us a wallet address, and waits until you do.

Submit your address on the refund form

Every refund email includes a link to a refund form. That form is the only place that registers your address in our system. Replying to the refund email with your address doesn't register it, so the refund stays on hold even after you think you've sent it. Use the form link every time.

Use your own wallet, on the right network

Send an address from a wallet you control, for the same coin and network as your original payment. If you paid in USDT on Polygon, give us a USDT Polygon address. Never enter a Cryptorefills payment address into the form. Those belong to our checkout, so the form rejects them and asks you for an address from your own wallet instead.

If the form rejects your address

Check that you copied the full string with nothing missing at either end, and that the address belongs to the same coin and network you paid with. Exchange deposit addresses work as long as coin and network match.

How long you have to claim

Your refund stays claimable for 90 days. After that the claim expires, so submit your address well before the deadline.

After you submit

Once your address passes our checks, the refund is sent on-chain and reaches your wallet after the network confirms. If the form accepted your address and the refund hasn't arrived, contact support with your order ID.
