When refunds are not possible

Some situations can't be refunded because of how blockchain payments and digital products work. Knowing these in advance is the best way to avoid them.

Crypto sent to the wrong address

Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Funds sent to an address other than the one shown on your payment page can't be recovered.

Region-specific gift cards already delivered

Many gift cards only work in the country or region they were bought for. Once a region-locked card is delivered to your email, it can't be refunded or replaced.

Codes that have been used

Once a gift card or voucher code has been redeemed, it can't be refunded.

Non-refundable flight fares

Some flight fares are sold as non-refundable. If you booked one, it can't be refunded if you cancel. Refundable fares may be eligible for a refund minus any fees, processed in fiat through Duffel.
