- I haven't received my gift card codeAlmost all orders are delivered in seconds, so a missing code is usually sitting in your spam folder. Check spam or junk and search for receipts@cryptorefills.com and info@cryptorefills.com first. If it still isn't there, check your order history or contact support with your order ID.
- My order is stuck or waiting for manual processing"Waiting for manual processing" means your payment arrived and your order is going through a quick processing step, not that anything has failed. Most clear within minutes, occasionally up to about an hour. If your order is time-sensitive, contact support with your order ID.
- Check your spam folderYour code is delivered by email from receipts@cryptorefills.com and info@cryptorefills.com. If it isn't in your inbox, open your spam or junk folder, search for those addresses, and mark the message as "not spam" so future orders arrive normally.
- My payment has been pending for a long timeA pending payment is usually caused by a low network fee, network congestion, a replace-by-fee transaction, or a routine security check. Most clear on their own. If yours has been pending for more than an hour, contact support with your transaction details.
- I entered the wrong email or phone numberOnce a gift card code has been sent to an email address, or a top-up credited to a phone number, it can't be redelivered to a different destination. Always double-check your email and phone number at checkout before you confirm. If you've just ordered, contact support quickly with your order ID.
