Non-refundable flight fares also can't be refunded. Always check the address, network, and card region before you pay.

- How long does a refund take?Straightforward cases, such as an underpayment or a failed delivery, are usually refunded within one business day. Cases that need investigation can take a few business days. Refunds are returned to your crypto address or as a coupon code, depending on the situation.
- Where is my refund sent?Depending on the situation, a refund is either sent to your crypto address or issued as a coupon code for a future purchase. Our support team confirms which applies to your case when they process it.
