Refunds
- When refunds are not possibleRefunds aren't possible when crypto is sent to the wrong address, when a region-specific gift card has already been delivered, or when a code has been used. Non-refundable flight fares also can't be refunded. Always check the address, network, and card region before you pay.
- Refund policy, what's covered and what isn'tWe refund when you send less than the amount due, when a product can't be delivered, or when a delivered product is confirmed faulty. Because blockchain payments can't be reversed, funds sent to the wrong address or on an unsupported network generally can't be recovered, and region-specific gift cards can't be refunded once delivered.
- How long does a refund take? For a crypto refund, the clock starts when you submit your wallet address on the form in your refund email, not when the order failed. After that, straightforward cases such as an underpayment or a failed delivery are usually processed within one business day, and cases that need investigation can take a few business days. You have 90 days to submit your address before the refund expires.
- Where is my refund sent?Depending on the situation, a refund is either sent to a crypto address you give us or issued as a coupon code for a future purchase. For a crypto refund you submit your wallet address on the form linked in your refund email, and nothing moves until you do. You have 90 days to claim.
- How to submit your refund wallet addressSubmit your refund wallet address using the link in your refund email, which opens a form. Replying to the email with your address doesn't register it. Use an address from a wallet you control, for the same coin and network as your original payment, and never a Cryptorefills payment address. You have 90 days to claim before the refund expires.
