- Why do I get an "invalid number" error?An "invalid number" error means the number isn't recognized by the operator, is in the wrong format, or belongs to a different network. Include the correct country code, remove extra zeros and spaces, and enter the number in full international format, for example +44 7911 123456.
- My mobile top-up hasn't arrivedTop-ups are usually credited within seconds, but operators can add a short delay, and occasionally have outages. Check your balance again after a few minutes and confirm you entered the right number in full international format. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, contact support with your order ID.
- Can I top up a phone while roaming?Yes. You can top up a phone on its home network while roaming abroad. It's a handy option when you're traveling and need to add credit to a local number.
- Which mobile operators does Cryptorefills support?We support over 600 mobile operators worldwide. Select your country from the dropdown and enter a phone number to check whether your operator is supported before you pay.
- How to use a PLN prepaid electricity tokenEnter the 20-digit token on your prepaid meter's keypad and press Enter or Accept. The meter shows ACCEPT or BENAR and your kWh balance goes up. If it shows REJECT or SALAH, the digits were entered incorrectly, so try again carefully. For meter faults, PLN's 123 line is open 24 hours.
