My mobile top-up hasn't arrived

Most mobile top-ups are credited within seconds of your payment confirming. A few things can delay or block one.

1. Give it a few minutes

Operators occasionally add a short processing delay, and now and then have outages on their side. Wait a few minutes and check the balance again.

2. Check the number you entered

Make sure you entered the correct number in full international format, including the country code and without extra zeros or spaces. A top-up sent to a wrong but valid number can't be reversed.

3. Check for an operator reference

If your balance still hasn't updated, check your email or SMS for a delivery confirmation or reference number from the operator. Some operators send this separately from Cryptorefills' order confirmation.

4. Still not credited?

If an hour has passed and you have no confirmation from the operator either, contact us through the help page with your order ID. We'll follow up with the operator on your behalf.
