Payments
- Supported coins and networksCryptorefills supports 100+ coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, and TRON, across networks like Lightning, Tron, Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Solana, and more. The exact options appear on the payment page. Always send the coin and network shown there, since sending on the wrong network can mean permanent loss.
- What happens if the countdown timer expiresThe 20-minute countdown locks your exchange rate while you pay. If it expires before you send, just restart the order; if the price hasn't moved much you'll see the same rate. Payments sent after it expires are still processed, but at the current market rate, which may differ from your original quote.
- What is the minimum payment amount?Minimum payment amounts vary by coin and are shown on the payment page before you confirm. They change with exchange rates and network fees, so always check the minimum on your order page rather than relying on a fixed figure.
- What are network fees?Network fees, also called transaction or gas fees, are small amounts paid to the blockchain to process your transaction. They go to the network's miners or validators, not to Cryptorefills, and vary by network and congestion. Stablecoins on faster networks like TRC-20 or BEP-20 usually cost far less than Bitcoin mainnet.

- How to pay with USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20)Choose USDT on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network at checkout, then send the exact amount from your wallet on Ethereum. ERC-20 payments usually need around 12 confirmations and carry higher network fees, so for cheaper, faster USDT consider the Tron (TRC-20) network instead.
- How to pay with USDT on Tron (TRC-20)Choose USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network at checkout, then send the exact amount from your wallet on the Tron network. TRC-20 confirms in seconds with very low fees, but you must send on Tron, not Ethereum or another network, or the funds can be lost.
- How do Triple A, TRON USDT, and eMoney payments work?On the payment page, the methods available appear automatically based on your location and order amount. Triple A is the main gateway and supports many coins through a secure hosted page. TRON USDT (TRC-20) is a direct, near-instant, low-fee wallet transfer. eMoney covers bank transfer or e-wallet in selected regions.
- I sent too much or too little cryptoProducts have fixed denominations, so sending more crypto doesn't upgrade your product or trigger an automatic top-up. If you underpaid, we can refund the amount received or help you complete the order. Always check the exact amount on the payment page before you confirm.
- Paying with your crypto walletYou can pay from any wallet that supports the coin and network shown on your payment page, including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Ledger, and Phantom. At checkout, pick your coin and network, then send the exact amount to the address shown, matching the network in your wallet.
- I sent payment on the wrong networkSending crypto on a different network than the one shown on your payment page can result in permanent loss. We try to help, but recovery often isn't technically possible. Always match both the coin and the network on your payment page before you confirm. If you think you've made a mistake, contact support immediately with your transaction hash.
