I sent payment on the wrong network

Each payment page shows a specific coin and network, for example USDT on Tron rather than USDT on Ethereum. Sending on a different network is one of the most common ways funds are lost.

Can it be recovered?

Sometimes, but often not. We do our best to assist, but in many cases recovery is not technically possible, such as with unsupported or deprecated networks, unrecognized tokens, or sending a different coin than the one selected at checkout. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed once sent.

How to avoid it

Before you confirm, check that both the coin and the network match exactly what's shown on your payment page. If you're unsure, check with your wallet or exchange before sending.

If you think you've made this mistake

Contact us straight away through the help page with your transaction hash and order ID. We'll check whether anything can be done, but please be aware recovery often isn't possible.
