Why is my payment under review?

Your payment arrived and is being checked before your order completes. Your funds are safe while this happens.

What "under review" means for your order

The payment reached us, so this is different from a payment that hasn't confirmed on the network. The order is on hold while the check runs, and it continues on its own once the check is done.

What you need to do

Usually nothing. If we need something from you, we contact you at the email address on your order, so keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder. You don't need to send the payment again, and you shouldn't: the original payment is the one being processed.

If we asked you to verify your identity

Follow the instructions in the email we sent you. The review continues once the verification is complete.

If the order doesn't complete

If the review ends with the order not going through, your payment is refunded. See where refunds go for how that reaches you.
