What happens if the countdown timer expires

The countdown timer, which runs for about 20 minutes, locks in your exchange rate so the crypto price can't move against you while you complete payment.

If the timer expires before you pay

You can restart the order. If the crypto price hasn't changed much, you'll see the same rate and amount as before.

If you've already sent payment

Payments sent after the timer expires are generally still processed, but at the current market rate, which may be slightly different from your original quote. If you sent payment before the timer ended but the confirmation arrived late, contact us through the help page and we'll sort it out.
