I sent too much or too little crypto

Products on Cryptorefills have fixed denominations, so the amount on your payment page is exact.

If you sent too much

Sending more than required doesn't give you a larger product. Contact us through the help page and we'll arrange a refund of the difference where applicable, either to your crypto address or as a coupon.

If you sent too little

If you send less than the amount due, we can refund the amount we received, or help you top up to complete the order. Follow any notifications we send about the shortfall, or contact support.

Always check the exact amount shown on the payment page before you confirm, and make sure the coin and network match.
