If they still can't find it, sign in to your Cryptorefills account and contact support through your order history, and our accommodation partner will work directly with the property. Keep all your documentation until it's resolved.
- What to do with your booking reference (PNR)Your booking reference, also called a PNR, is your key to managing your flight. Use it on the airline's website or app to check in, choose seats, add baggage, and manage your trip. It's in your confirmation email and your Cryptorefills order history. Check-in usually opens 24 to 48 hours before departure.
- How to change or cancel a flight or stay bookingSign in to your account, open your order history, and use the live chat to reach Duffel support for flights, or contact support for stays. Not all bookings can be changed, and any change fees must be paid in fiat, not crypto. Check the change and cancellation policy before you book.

- My flight or stay is waiting for manual processing"Waiting for manual processing" means your payment arrived and your booking is going through a confirmation step with the airline or property, not that it has failed. Most clear within minutes, occasionally up to about an hour. If your travel is imminent, contact support immediately with your booking details.
- Extra fees at check-inSome properties charge fees that aren't in the booking price, collected directly at check-in and not payable in crypto. Common ones are a security deposit (usually refundable), resort fees (a non-refundable daily charge), and local or city taxes (per person per night). Check the property details before you travel.
