The hotel can't find my reservation

Arriving to find the property can't locate your booking is stressful, but it's usually resolved quickly with the right documents.

What to do

  1. Show your confirmation. Bring up your confirmation email with the booking reference number and show it to the property.
  2. Contact support. If the issue persists, sign in to your Cryptorefills account and contact support through your order history. Our accommodation partner will work directly with the property to sort it out.
  3. Keep your documentation. Hold on to your confirmation and booking reference until everything is resolved.
