How to change or cancel a flight or stay booking

Some bookings can be changed or cancelled, depending on the fare or property policy you chose. Here's how to request it.

How to start

Log in to your Cryptorefills account, or create one using the email address you booked with, and open your order history. For flights, select your booking and use the live chat to connect directly with a Duffel support agent. For stays, contact support through your order history. This is the fastest path available.

What to expect

• Not all bookings can be changed. Review the order change and cancellation policy before you book, especially if you think you'll need flexibility.
• Any change or cancellation fees must be paid in fiat currency, not crypto.
• If an airline cancels your flight, you're entitled to a refund or rebooking under the airline's policy. Flight refunds are processed in fiat through Duffel.
