I haven't received my gift card code

Almost all orders are delivered in seconds (96.6% of products arrive in under 10 seconds), so a code that looks missing is most often in your spam folder or attached to a different email address than you expected. Work through the checks below before assuming something has gone wrong.

1. Check your spam or junk folder

This solves most cases. Open your spam or junk folder and search for receipts@cryptorefills.com and info@cryptorefills.com. Add both to your contacts or safe-sender list so future orders land in your inbox.

2. Check your order

If you have an account, sign in and open your order history. Your code and order status are shown there. If you ordered as a guest, find your order confirmation email (check the address you entered at checkout, in case of a typo).

3. Allow for normal delivery times

Most gift card codes and mobile top-ups arrive within seconds of your payment confirming. Occasionally there can be a short delay of up to an hour. eSIM QR codes and flight or stay confirmations are also sent by email within a few minutes.

4. Still nothing? Contact us

If you have checked spam and your order history and the code still hasn't arrived, contact support through the help page with your order ID ready. We can look up your order and resend or resolve it.
