Check your spam folder
Order emails sometimes get filtered into spam or junk, especially the first time you order. Here is how to find your code and stop it happening again.
Find the email
Open your spam or junk folder and search for receipts@cryptorefills.com or info@cryptorefills.com. These are the addresses your order confirmation and gift card code are sent from. On Gmail, also check the Promotions and Updates tabs.
Mark it as safe
Open the message and mark it as "not spam" or "not junk". Then add both sender addresses to your contacts or safe-sender list. This keeps future orders in your main inbox.
Still can't find it?
If the email isn't in spam, inbox, or any other folder, double-check the email address you used at checkout for typos, then contact us through the help page with your order ID.
