My payment has been pending for a long time

A payment can stay pending for a while for a few common reasons. Most resolve without any action from you.

Why it happens

  • Low network fee. The fee may be too low for the network to prioritize your transaction.
  • Network congestion. The blockchain may be busy, which slows confirmation.
  • Replace-by-fee (RBF). A replacement transaction with a higher fee may have been broadcast from your wallet.
  • Security check. Our payment processor may be running a routine check.

What to do

In most cases the transaction confirms on its own once the network catches up. If your payment has been pending for more than an hour, contact us through the help page with your order ID and transaction hash so we can look into it.
