I entered the wrong email or phone number

The email address and phone number you enter at checkout are where your order is delivered, so it's worth checking them carefully before you pay.

What happens if they're wrong

Once a gift card code has been sent to an email address, or a top-up has been credited to a phone number, it can't be redelivered to a different destination. A top-up sent to a wrong but valid number can't be reversed.

If you've just placed the order

Contact us through the help page as soon as possible with your order ID. We can't always change the destination, but the sooner you reach us, the more we may be able to help.

Avoiding it

Double-check the email address and phone number on the order page before confirming, especially watching for typos.
