Report a scam or phishing attempt

Scammers sometimes impersonate Cryptorefills to trick people into sending crypto or sharing wallet details. Reporting them helps us shut them down and protect other customers.

How to report

Use the contact form on our help page. Include as much detail as you can:

• Screenshots of the message, post, or website.
• Any links, email addresses, social handles, or wallet addresses involved.
• How you were contacted.

Protect yourself first

• Never share your seed phrase or wallet keys. We will never ask for them.
• Our real emails only come from an @cryptorefills.com address.
• Our only official social channels are X (x.com/cryptorefills), Instagram (instagram.com/cryptorefillsofficial), Facebook (facebook.com/cryptorefills), and Telegram (t.me/cryptorefillsOfficial).
