How to check you're on the real Cryptorefills site
Scammers copy our layout and swap in their own wallet address, so a payment made on their site goes to them and the order never exists on our side.
Our only site is cryptorefills.com
Type it into your browser yourself. Following a link from an ad, a DM, a search result or a screenshot can land you on a lookalike whose name is a character off, like a swapped or missing letter.
Pay only the address on your own order page
When you create an order, we show a payment address, the exact amount and a QR code on your order page, and send the same details to your receipt email. Pay only that address. If someone sends you a different address by chat, email or social media and says it's ours, it isn't. We never send payment addresses through DMs.
Signs you're on a fake site
- The domain is spelled differently from cryptorefills.com, even by one character
- You reached it through a link someone sent rather than typing it yourself
- The payment address doesn't match the one on an order you created yourself
If you think you paid a fake site
Contact support with the domain you used, the wallet address you paid and the transaction hash. We can confirm whether the order exists on our side. Payments to a scammer's wallet can't be reversed, but reporting quickly lets us act on the site and warn others. If you did pay on our site and it simply hasn't confirmed yet, see my payment has been pending for a long time.
Still need help?
Contact us through the contact form with your order ID if you have one, or the details above if the payment never reached us.
