Why do I get an "invalid number" error?

This means the phone number you entered isn't recognized by the operator. It may be in the wrong format, or belong to a different network than selected.

How to fix it

• Include the correct country code.
• Remove any extra zeros or spaces.
• Enter the number in full international format, for example +44 7911 123456.

If the number still isn't accepted, check that you've selected the right country, then see which operators are supported.
