How to redeem an Alipay voucher

Redemption happens on Flexecard's page, not inside the Alipay app.

Steps

1. After purchase, you receive a voucher code URL by email.
2. Open that URL in a browser. If it won't open, try again in Google Chrome.
3. Enter your Alipay account, either the phone number or the email address, together with your real name.
4. Confirm. Redemption is complete at that point.

What to expect

• Funds are credited in real time and appear in your Alipay balance.
• Each voucher is redeemed once, for its full amount. There is no partial redemption.
• One user can redeem up to 15,000 yuan per month.
• Keep the voucher safe. Once sold it is not returned or exchanged.

Why your real name is required

The redemption page asks for the name on the Alipay account. If it doesn't match the account, redemption won't complete, so enter it exactly as Alipay holds it.
