How to redeem a Shopee voucher

The code is applied at checkout in the Shopee app, not loaded onto your account first.

Steps

1. Open the Shopee mobile app.
2. Add the items you want to your shopping cart.
3. Check out and enter the e-voucher code.

Where the voucher works

The voucher is accepted on Shopee Mall and Preferred Sellers only, so it won't apply to every listing in your cart. It's valid for new and existing users, and for one use only, regardless of how many accounts you have. It's not refundable or transferable, and it expires 3 months from the date of issue.

Topping up ShopeePay instead
