How to redeem a Touch 'n Go eWallet reload PIN

Your code is a reload PIN for the Touch 'n Go eWallet in Malaysia. It can't be used for anything else.

Steps

1. Open the Touch 'n Go eWallet app.
2. Select +Reload eWallet.
3. Under Other Methods to Reload, select TNG Reload PIN.
4. Enter your 10-digit reload PIN and select RELOAD NOW.

The 10-digit rule

The PIN has to be entered as 10 digits. If the code you received is shorter, add zeros to the front until it reaches 10, so 123456789 becomes 0123456789 and 12345678 becomes 0012345678. A PIN rejected as invalid is very often a PIN that needed padding.

Good to know

• The PIN reloads a Touch 'n Go eWallet and nothing else.
• Once issued it's non-refundable and non-transferable, and it can't be exchanged for cash.
• It expires 6 months after issue.
