How long does a refund take?

Refund timing depends on the type of case, and for a crypto refund it depends on when you send us your wallet address.

First, submit your wallet address

A crypto refund doesn't start until you submit an address on the form linked in your refund email. Nothing is processed before that, however long the case has been open, and the claim expires after 90 days. See how to submit your refund wallet address.

Straightforward cases

Once your address is in, underpayments and failed deliveries are usually processed within one business day.

Cases that need investigation

If your refund relates to a product issue that we need to check, it can take a few business days. We'll confirm a resolution as soon as the investigation is complete.

How you'll receive it

Depending on the situation, your refund is sent to the crypto address you gave us or issued as a coupon code for future purchases. If you have questions about a specific refund, contact us through the contact form with your order ID.
