Can I change my account email address?

No. Once an account is created, its email address can't be changed.

Why not

Your email address is the unique identifier for your account. It's also where every order, code, and confirmation is delivered. Because your account and order history are tied to it, the address is fixed for the life of the account.

What to do instead

If you need to use a different email address, you have two options:

• Create a new account with the email address you want to use going forward. Your new orders will then be delivered there.
• Contact support through the help page if you need help moving forward or have a specific concern about your account.

A note on order delivery

If you order as a guest, there's no account email to worry about, your order simply goes to whichever email you enter at checkout. Either way, always double-check your email address before you pay, because a code sent to the wrong address can't be redelivered. See I entered the wrong email or phone number.
