We keep data collection to the minimum needed to complete your order.

For standard purchases

All we need is an email address to send your order details and product code, or a phone number if you're buying a top-up. No identity verification is required for standard purchases within the spending limits.

For higher amounts

If your spending goes beyond the guest limits, a quick identity verification is required. This is handled securely by our third-party verification partner, not stored by Cryptorefills directly. See spending limits explained for the thresholds.
