I can't log in to my account

Login issues are usually down to your browser, and a few quick steps fix most of them.

Try these in order

1. Hard refresh the page: on Windows or Linux hold Ctrl and click Reload, on macOS hold Shift and click Reload.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Clear your cache, or open the site in an incognito or private window.
