Spending limits explained

Spending limits depend on whether you order as a guest or a registered user. They are set out in full in the Terms of Service.

The limits

• Guests: up to 2,000 euro per day and 5,000 euro per month.
• Registered users: up to 5,000 euro per day and 10,000 euro per month.

Creating a free account is the easiest way to raise your limits.

Verification for higher amounts

If your spending goes beyond the guest limits, a quick identity verification is required, handled securely by our third-party verification partner. For standard purchases within the limits, no verification is needed, just an email address.

Why an order might be declined

If an order is rejected, hitting a daily or monthly limit is a common cause. Signing in to a registered account, or waiting for your limit to reset, usually resolves it.
