How to spend points at checkout

Steps

1. Sign in to the account that holds your points. Its email address needs to be confirmed.
2. At checkout, turn on Use my points. Tap the (i) next to it to see your balance and the most you can use on this order.
3. Check the Paid with points line in the order summary, then pay the rest in crypto.

Good to know

• Use my points applies all your available points, up to this order's maximum. Anything left over stays in your balance.
• If you have fewer than 200 available points, the option doesn't appear.
• Orders under 2 EUR can't use points.
• You can use a coupon code and points on the same order. The coupon comes off first, then the points.
• Deleting your account loses any remaining points. See can I delete or close my account.

If the order doesn't go through

If the payment expires or fails, or the order is cancelled, the points go back to your balance. Once your payment is confirmed the points are spent. If the order is then refunded, the points part comes back as points and the crypto part follows where refunds go.
